Motherhood
This will probably be the page with the most stories and probably the funniest of the stories. All the cliches of motherhood are true. "It is the hardest but best job in the world", "the days are long but the years are short". I complain about it all the time because this sh*t is hard! But being a mom is my favourite job.

My take on motherhood is, it is hilarious. There are so many annoying things toddlers do and it's easy to get mad or frustrated but I can't help but laugh. For example the things Ryden comes up with to stall bedtime is so creative and I can't help but laugh, I try not to because he'll just keep doing it.
I Left My 6 Month Old Baby
December 20th, 2024
I left my 6 month old overnight to go see Taylor Swift. Long story short about how I actually got a ticket is my friend was going and I mentioned I wanted to go and she said oh I have an extra ticket, come with us. I'm like ohh idk I will have a 6 month old baby, let me talk to my husband, I might be able to come. She said no worries, it's yours if you want it.
What drove us to sleep training

Omg, I want to pull my hair out! Okay I just had to let that out. Here is the story. When Ryden was a newborn he slept pretty good, only waking once in the night. He always slept in the car and stroller and stayed asleep, there were some annoyances but no real issues until he got older.
How I fix the daily frictions

I have such an attitude of “if you don’t like it change it”. If there is a problem, I won’t let it be a problem for long, I will figure out how to fix it. That being said when I have a friction in my day I try my best to eliminate it and this is how I do it.

All day I have heard mom, mom, mom, I have heard the same stories over and over again, I have heard crying and the dog wining and barking, the tv is too loud, I’ve been on my phone too long, I have tended to the needs of the kids and pets all day, I am over touched, and the house is a mess.
