Postpartum
I think post partum is the most difficult part of the entire process of having a baby. My post partum experiences were very different. We learned from our first experience and knew how to manage our second experience. Our second experience was a lot easier because we knew what to do, but I feel like it was harder because there wasn't anything distracting us like there was the first time. The first time we were so focused on figuring it out. The second time we knew what to do so we were just present in the hardness.

I still exercised and ate right because that’s the lifestyle I live and all the weight slowly came off but I still had a “mom bod” and I didn’t care.

First Birth

It was good, after not having sex for 6 weeks It was good even if it wasn’t. It hurt a little at first but once we got going and got into it the pleasure far surpassed the pain.
